We offer a bespoke coaching programmes to help our clients to boost their confidence, improve their communciation skills and manage their emotions.

Our coaching programmes are tailored to meet your specific needs. We will work hands-on with you to create an action plan for improvement.

You will be supported throughout the plan from inception to implementation. We will work together to identify and prepare for key events and milestones along the way; evaluate progress and implement any changes necessary.

Coaching sessions are conducted face to face; via the internet (skype or another provider) or by phone. Coaching sessions are typically 60 to 120 minutes in duration. Coaching sessions are usually scheduled every 2 weeks, and a typical programme will last for 3-6 months. At the end of each session we will agree on an assignment to reinforce the key learnings from the sessions and help you progress towards your goal.
